All content is owned by contentAI studios a Unit of zyntroPICS inc, herein, the “Company.” Visitors, herein “Users” (Registered Members and visitors to http://ESLai.com) engage through instant message “chat” with machine applications (herein “bots”) to simulate conversational scenarios. No representation whatsoever of educational value is made by the Company; the value to the User is wholly conditional on their level of English language skills. Users do contribute “conversation” that is owned by the Company for the express purpose of fulfilling the conversational experience. Any personal data acquired by the Company shall remain confidential and will not be shared with any 3rd Parties, unless under Court Order. The Company does not pro-rate Refunds, Users may cancel their Subscription at any time, whereby they will not be billed for subsequent months. The Company utilizes the PAY PAL payment gateway whereby PAY PAL undertakes collection of payments and refunds to Users. The Company has a standard Business Account relationship with PAY PAL and is not responsible for any errors or omissions they may make in their own contract with the User.
Users hereby agree to not share their Log In ID and Password with non-members. However, Users are welcome to introduce non-Members to the service and allows Users to engage with the Simulations from the User’s own computer, laptop and mobile device. The Company does not guarantee any fixed number of Scenes at any given time. Further, the Company utilizes the online and mobile delivery services of 3rd Party Vendors (Hosting companies; chat widgets, etc.) all of which may, from time to time, be inactive or unavailable. While the Company does it’s utmost to provide continuous 24-hour/day delivery of the Apps, such delivery is not guaranteed. These Terms and Conditions are subject to revision, modification and change without Notice. Visiting the site and engaging with the Applications constitutes the User’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
